Katrina finished college with a level 3 extended animal management diploma in 2017, focusing on animal science. During this course she worked with a wide variety of animals in the ‘on-campus’ zoo. During the course, Katrina went to Africa for 4 weeks to work with rangers that help with conservation. Katrina joined Pontus research to pursue a career in research.
