Richard trained as an accountant at Deloittes and held a variety of senior posts in London, Aberdeen and Norway, including Chief Accountant for a major offshore oil construction company. He was Manager of the Welsh Development Agency’s successful Technology Growth Fund and has been involved with SMEs and corporate finance for some 30 years.
